We are currently recruiting for a Workday Time Tracking, Senior Consultant We are seeking skilled and motivated candidates to help expand our clients practice, aligning with the growth of the Workday ecosystem in Europe. As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in an industry-leading team, driving results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions. Location: Home-based with travel to client sites (up to 40%) Responsibilities: Be a hands-on SME in the Workday product suite, specializing and enhancing your skill set within one or more functional areas. Work closely with clients to understand post go-live requirements, and design, build, configure, and test the Workday solution, with support from the Lead Functional Consultant on your team. Play an active role as an expert in your area, sharing knowledge and information with colleagues and collaborating to enhance internal capability, including mentoring and training new team members. Build strong relationships with clients, guiding and assisting them in maximizing their Workday deployment. Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team and management, as well as external clients. Bring valuable insights from your product and industry knowledge, staying innovative and informed about the HR and Financials business landscape. Understand and apply Workday methodologies. Contribute to the company's financial performance by delivering excellence to clients and managing multiple client projects in parallel. Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Advanced analytical and functional skills demonstrated through project experience or a support environment. Certified in Workday Time Tracking or at least 2 years of experience supporting Workday or other systems in a client environment. Experience in the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems post go-live. Consultancy experience in HR processes or experience within an HR Services team is desirable. Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to consult effectively with clients. Experience in managing stakeholders with confidence. Evidence of collaboration and contribution in previous roles. Ideally, experience in managing multiple concurrent work assignments. Ideally, experience working in virtual teams. Ability to act with integrity. Strong self-management skills, personal productivity, and motivation.
