Our client is a Top 50 UK law firm with an excellent reputation and a commitment to investing in their infrastructure and major projects team, which enjoys national renown.
Advising on some of largest and most complex transactions around, the projects team continues to win new mandates, advising a broad spread of key clients including major private and public sector names operating across diverse sectors including Renewable Energy, Waste, Sustainable Transport, Defence and Public Procurement.
To keep pace with client demand, the firm is keen to appoint a Projects Associate, although due to the structure of the team and flexible approach the firm would also be very interested to speak to more experienced projects lawyers at Senior Associate level or equivalent. However, you must be qualified to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales. The role could be based in Bristol or London with hybrid / flexible / remote working.
Joining this cutting edge and very relevant team, you will be exposed to some high grade, complex projects work from the outset, and you are likely to have cut your teeth with another well regarded national or London practice where you will have gained some exposure to domestic and/or international projects. Experience in fast growth areas such as renewables/net zero covering any or all of solar, wind, battery storage, energy from waste, EV, bioenergy etc) would be beneficial.
Working in a dedicated team of recognised experts, you’ll be providing regulatory and commercial legal advice on an enviable diet of complex and engaging projects. The team regularly tenders for some of the most innovative and important projects nationwide and already has an enviable high grade pipeline of work.
