Commercial Administrator
£24,500 per annum - Oldbury Office
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and team members to meet contract expectations.
* Process subcontractor payments and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Review work orders for accuracy and profitability, ensuring compliance with financial systems.
* Liaise with clients and operations teams to manage risks and secure necessary variations.
* Prepare insightful reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chains, and internal teams.
Your Qualifications
* Proficient in MS Excel with knowledge of financial systems, Schedule of Rates, and repair/maintenance processes.
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
* Prior experience in a similar role working with Schedule of Rates and preparing analytical reports is advantageous.
