12 month fixed-term Salaried GP Job (4 sessions per week)
This is an ideal time to join this friendly and stable Gloucester-based training practice, as they are seeking cover for 4 sessions per week for the next 12 months. The team is based in state-of-the-art, purpose-built premises and offers a wide range of enhanced services, as well as training Registrars and Medical Students. A large and experienced multi-disciplinary team, including Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacists, provides support to GPs, ensuring workload and admin are always kept to a manageable level.
The practice has future-proofed itself against the challenges of General Practice in the coming years and offers a stable base for a GP to grow and develop clinically. Located within Gloucester, within easy commute of Cheltenham, Hereford, and the M5.
Ample on-site parking is provided for all staff.
Key Duties
1. Controlled patient list of just over 16,000 with a manageable workload, and great support from a large multi-disciplinary clinical team.
2. Offering 4 Salaried sessions per week.
3. Well-organised practice with a well-staffed team of clinical and clerical staff, who hold daily catch-up meetings and actively encourage the pursuit of specialist clinical interests.
Package and Benefits
1. £47,508 per annum (based on a sessional rate of £11,877 per session for 4 sessions per week).
2. Coverage of medical indemnity by the Practice.

5. 6 weeks holiday and 1 week study leave.
