About Our Client
Our client is a leading player in the retail industry, boasting over 400,000 employees across the globe. They are currently looking for a Leadership Team Assistant (full or part time) to join their team on a 12 month FTC. The role is based 3 days a week in Welwyn Garden City with hybrid working.
Job Description
3. Providing comprehensive support to the leadership team.
4. Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
5. Preparing necessary meeting materials and reports.
6. Handling confidential information and documentation with discretion.
7. Managing correspondence and communication on behalf of the leadership team.
8. Assisting with project management tasks as required.
9. Supporting the team in any other administrative tasks as needed.
10. Ensuring smooth and efficient department operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Leadership Team Assistant should have:
11. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
12. Experience as a PA or TA supporting multiple director level reports
13. A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
14. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. An ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
17. A friendly and professional demeanour.
