Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Administer medications and ensure adherence to prescribed health plans.
Enhance residents' well-being through companionship and engaging activities.
Document residents' progress and any changes in their condition accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Support residents in community engagement and social activities.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents and their families.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role is preferred.
Understanding of neurological conditions and their impact on individuals.
Compassionate, patient, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Hours Per Week:
Start Time: 14:00
End Time: 20:00
Pay Per Hour: £14.00
Location: Newmains, Wishaw
