* 12 month FTC to cover Mat Leave and will then transition to a Perm role

Here at ISS, as one of the UKs leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to expand our H&S resource aligned to multiple Accounts within London and the South East. These Accounts vary from banks to government, often smaller to medium sized premises, where you will be providing H&S proactive and reactive support for service team within Engineering, Cleaning, Catering & Security.
Working in a small team of other HSEQ Advisors you will play a key part in the general improvement of H&S across these Accounts and so is an excellent role for development and progression. You will also be joining at an exciting team with a new HSEQ system due to be rolled out in the summer.
Actions will include:
* Support, coach and mentor the Accounts within your region on HSEQ matters and provide competent HSEQ advice, using a business partnering approach.
* Internally audit the Accounts within your region, using a risk-based approach.
* Lead the incident investigation lifecycle on Level 3 and 4 incidents.
* Provide oversight and governance on Level 1 and 2 incidents.
* Facilitate the successful deployment of key HSEQ Strategic objectives such as the SafeChoice program, Permit to Work processes and the Lone Working Solution.
* Understand where the significant risk areas are within your region, including statutory compliance, food safety and projects.
* Live and breathe Global and UK&I campaigns and initiatives including Safe Choice, Global HSE programmes and Wellbeing.
* Where required, liaise and interact with customers to enable HSEQ improvements.
* Where required, liaise and interact with other third parties such as Local Authorities, HSE and Environment Agency.
* Be a primary point of contact for selected accounts.
* Work closely and flexibly with other HSEQ Business Partners to facilitate success.
* Understand how to use business reporting tools such as Insight to identify areas of risk and provide advice and guidance on how to address.
We need from you:
* Clear, strong HSEQ experience within the Built Environment and Nebosh General minimum.
