About this role…
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Finance Team as Finance Assistant / Purchase Ledger. This is a part-time, maternity cover position starting in June 2025, and running through to September 2026. The hours will be 8:30am - 5pm on Tuesdays,
Wednesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility to change the days once training is
complete. You will be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the department. Key focus will be on ensuring the effective recording, processing, approval and payment of invoices received.
What we’re looking for…
* Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computerised accounts software
* Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a strong team player
* The ability to work to tight deadlines
* The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
* Have the confidence in thinking of cost effective new ideas
* The ability to complete tasks efficiently and in timely manner
