Our blue-chip client is seeking an IT Support Analyst with at least 2 years or more experience in a customer facing role, with a solid understandingnding of IT systems, cloud technologies and ideally SQL with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills. You will have the ability to troubleshoot and document technical or user issues with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be flexible, versatile, and adaptable with an ability to work under pressure with a commitment to deadlines and have the ability to work collaboratively with team members and build strong relationships with internal and external user You will possess strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role with a nice mix of 3 days on-site in Hatfield, Herts and 2 days remote working from home A starting salary of £28,000 plus benefits is on offer to the right candidate - Immediate interviews available.
