The trainer will have excellent knowledge and extensive use of both clinical patient administration systems and Microsoft Office products. Working with members of the training team, the successful candidate will be delivering quality, consistent and professional IT training to staff in both clinical and non-clinical applications. You will also be responsible for helping develop training plans, course support materials, end user guides, as well as developing innovative ways of delivery and engaging learners.
