Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and IT requirements. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new clients to expand the customer base. Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored IT solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. Account Growth: Achieve sales targets by driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling IT products and services. Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant and innovative solutions. Reporting: Prepare and present regular account reviews and sales forecasts to management. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role within the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and managed services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
