Responsibilities
* Support administration processes in respect of Promotional Activity by way of interrogating business systems and populating data to provide visibility of key decision-making data.
* Provide data for reviewing of specific lines, planograms, and promotions.
* Support supplier relationships by providing ad-hoc data as required.
* Share and distribute Supplier updates as required.
* Support procurement by sourcing and processing purchase requests.
* Marketing support by assisting in producing the Store Development update section of the tri-weekly Marketing Update, including providing relevant Store Development data to the Marketing Department.
* Support dealing with Area and Store Managers' queries with information relating to all aspects of Store Development.
* Assist with several varied projects relating to Products, Pricing, and Product Positioning.
* Ensure effective use of IT systems, in line with the relevant Company policies and procedures.
* Support the achievement of overarching department KPIs through focus on profitability and growth of Gross Margin.
* Adopt a Customer Centric focus towards all activities.
* Ensure that all communication with both internal and external relationship partners is made in a courteous, professional manner.
