Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional late finishes at 5:30 PM)
Saturday shifts (on a 3-week rota): 8:00 AM – 12:00/1:00 PM
The Role:
We are seeking Coldstore Operatives to join our client’s team. This role involves manual handling and other physically demanding tasks, making a strong work ethic and physical stamina essential. Successful candidates will receive full training on the use of hand and ride-on electric pallet trucks, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in the role.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform manual handling tasks in a coldstore environment.
2. Operate hand and electric pallet trucks (full training provided).
3. Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
4. Assist with various warehouse-related duties as needed.
The Person:
1. Willing to work in a coldstore environment.
2. Able to perform manual handling tasks.
3. Flexibility to work occasional extended hours and Saturday shifts (every 3 weeks).
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
