Senior Strategic HR Business Partner
Remote with 1 day a month travel to Norfolk area
£70,000 + car allowance and full benefits package
An exciting opportunity to work strategically with a multi-site medium sized international organisation in the service sector. The role is to oversee a small team of HR Business Partners and work with the SLT to drive the HR people agenda, driving excellence and success while working with multiple senior level stakeholders responsible for their business units.
DUTIES
* Partnering with a number of senior stakeholders across a mixture of head office functions and operational business areas, developing strong relationships to deliver the HR agenda supported by your HRBP team of 3 and the wider HR service centre.
* Focusing on talent, succession planning, as well as engagement and employee development, you will design and deliver key priorities across the UK and internationally, continually looking to build on improvement.
* A highly strategic role, you will monitor overall performance management, utilising data for key deliverables and working with the wider HR team including the Global Head of HR and your peers, providing an opportunity to make a difference to current ways of working.
* Work closely with the ER team and be aware of escalated queries.
* Identify high performers in the business with your senior stakeholders and ensure there are career paths and development opportunities available for them to succeed and progress.
* Collaborate with the HR service team to monitor and support, being responsible for escalated queries.
* Key priorities will also include leadership development through coaching and maintaining a consistent and commercial approach to everything you do as well as focusing on longer-term goals.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in a senior HR Business Partner role that is heavily strategic.
* Open to sector/background but must have experience with multiple stakeholders and leading/designing and delivering the people strategy.
* Experience working on a broad range of generalist deliverables such as talent, coaching, development, employment law, engagement and performance, compensation, and analytics.
* First-class customer service and relationship-building skills should be at the top of your day-to-day agenda.
* Experience in problem-solving, working with data, and delivering solutions is key.
* A commercial and strategic outlook with a continual focus on improving processes and ways of working.
This role is home based and will require approximately once a month to visit the office in the Norfolk/Bury St Edmunds area (probably a little more to begin with). You will have complete autonomy over how you manage your diary and will be provided with a home-based contract.
