Certification in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) preferred. Experience : Minimum of 5 years ’ experience in a health and safety role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven track record of improving safety performance and implementing successful initiatives. Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety requirements. Knowledge of safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) and regulatory frameworks. Soft Skills : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive a safety-first culture.
