Job Title: Business Support Officer (Repairs)
Location: Ealing, West London W5 2HL, 3 days a week office / 2 days remote
Hourly rate: 23.19 PAYE / 30.17 UMB Per Hour
Contract Length: 3-month initial contract (possibility of extension)
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours

Role purpose:
* To provide efficient and effective administration support to repairs and maintenance teams, surveyors, contractors, and residents.
* To act as the first point of contact for members of the public on repairs issues and updates.
Key responsibilities:
* To manage and maintain two generic mailboxes in repairs, Surveyors R&M and Variations.
* Update our housing management system, OHMS, with repairs information, and supply updates requested from other departments within the directorate.
* Organise surveyors' diaries.
* Contract Variations when repairs are attended to by our main contractor Wates.
* Log out of hours repairs, raise follow-ups.
* Raise work orders for the repairs manager.
* Liaise with residents by telephone and email.
* Assist the Quantity Surveyor with invoicing.
* Organise and input data.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
* Experience of working in a customer-focused service.
* Competent in office computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Experience using systems, OHMS & True Compliance (desirable).
* Experience in repairs and disrepairs (essential).
