Job Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of four Finance People Capability Officers, providing clear direction and guidance on Learning and Development initiatives.
2. Oversee the delivery of Finance development programmes, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
3. Identify and drive opportunities to adapt Finance development offerings based on stakeholder feedback, managing the process from concept to implementation.
4. Guide the roll-out of the Competency and Career frameworks, regularly seeking input from relevant forums.
5. Develop innovative learning and development solutions to optimise talent potential and performance.
6. Collaborate with the Communications and Events Officer to ensure the effective delivery of development programmes.
7. Act as a subject matter expert on development content, ensuring Finance training programmes align with business goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements
1. Background in Finance, HR, and/or Learning & Development, with Finance experience being advantageous.
2. Proven experience in people management, having led either direct or indirect reports.
3. Experience in delivering programme outcomes in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
4. Ability to interpret and present data, and apply design thinking to manage projects from start to finish.
5. Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation.

Compensation
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
