Office Assistant Job Type: Full-time - 8.30am-5pm Location: Witham Salary: £30-35k We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our clients team. This role involves a wide range of administrative and accounts tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office and providing support to our clients and staff. Day to Day of the Role: Answer telephone calls and manage the reception area. Provide customer service support to both new and existing clients. Maintain an organised filing system and input supplier invoices. Prepare ASM expenses for approval and handle all incoming and outgoing post. Record and track rebates, trading agreements, and special deals arranged by ASMs. Send out literature and samples to enquirers and prepare for email and mail shots. Payroll assistance Bank reconciliations Facilitate lunch and refreshments at quarterly sales meetings. Cover staff absences by processing sales orders and invoicing once delivery is made. Raise credit notes where necessary Day to day liaison with their overseas head office Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask. Experience in a similar role is necessary Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
