Equans is looking for a Area Facilities Manager to join our team in HMCTS Reading Crown Court, Old Shire Hall, The Forbury, Reading RG1 3EH on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £45,-£50, per annum and benefits package dependant upon experience.

What will you deliver?
To manage the efficient delivery of both Hard and Soft Service to meet Contractual and Company requirements. Proactively engage with the client to provide a one-point contact for all service delivery ensuring internal and Client KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met while operating within the framework of the contract.

Who are we looking for?
Degree or equivalent experience in appropriate field
Experience within an FM business.
Proven experience of effectively leading a large, complex team
Strong customer focus with experience of delivering high standards of Customer Service, previous FM experience within a FM/ Public sector environment.
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office software
Experience of FM project management.
Experience of managing contractors.
IOSH qualified.
Legionella control
BICSc
F-Gas
Gas Safe
18th Edition
Full driving licence required.
