In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Zenergi Groups' new Social Value Strategy, 'Powering a Sustainable Future'. You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering our Social Value Strategy, working across the business and with our board to successfully deliver exciting & credible results across each of the four pillars - Planet, People, Community, and Customers. Working alongside our quality and H&S objectives, this role will also help to assess and develop the QMS across each business within the Group, with a view to bringing them all under ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001 certifications.

Primary Duties
* Support the delivery of Zenergi's social value strategy (PASF), ensuring we are delivering on our commitments and all related workstreams, across the four pillars.
* Support the implementation of new initiatives that support Zenergi's sustainability commitments, driving them forward with stakeholders across the business.
* Drive engagement with the strategy with key stakeholders and senior management, establish the relevant governance structure which supports the delivery of the sustainability strategy.
* Help to ensure that Zenergi's sustainability efforts are well communicated internally and externally.
* Maintain internal reporting whilst also reporting to external standards & accreditations, ensuring that robust processes for data collection are upheld.
* Maintain relationships with key external bodies such as business contacts, peer networks, governing bodies, to ensure continued collaboration on industry-wide initiatives.
* Deliver customer-facing sustainability services and help to drive improvements to existing services.
* Deliver fee-generating sustainability services; advisory, net zero, indexes, and accreditations, annual reporting.
* Contribute to annual environmental objectives as well as providing KPI analysis for Zenergi Group.
* Input towards Zenergi's annual Sustainability Report.
* Provide input and help to coordinate Zenergi's PASF steering Group and PASF working groups.
* Promote Zenergi Group at customer/industry events related to CSR and sustainability.
* Contribute to the consultancy budget & deliver relevant departmental/individual KPI's.
* Manage ISO 14001 & 50001 across the Group.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Assist with tender writing/submissions.
* Complete Customer PQQs.
* Lead on Group projects relating to sustainability.
* Maintain all sustainability-related data/document systems.
* Lead on all audits relating to sustainability.
* Support the team in the bids for the sustainability sections.
* Applications to awards in sustainability for the Zenergi Group.
* Internal assessments for suppliers.
* Maintain a library of:
1. Bid & audit responses.
2. Best practice, evidence of sustainability projects we have developed with our customers.
3. Product definitions.
4. Case studies: Delivery processes.
