Job Description
The key responsibilities of the aforementioned consist of:
* Engage with existing and potential customers over the phone
* Upselling and developing business
* Exceeding high volume sales goals while working in a team environment
* Identify customer needs to offer the best solutions
* Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the company's services
* Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
* Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism
* Handle customer complaints and queries effectively
* Record customer information accurately in the database
* Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
* Booking outbound sales meetings
* Prospecting 100 new businesses per week
* Tracking independent forecast and sales margins
* Accounting for lead generation responsibilities
* Verbally establishing quick rapport
