Role Overview
Customer Interaction & Service: Greet customers professionally, listen attentively to inquiries, and provide knowledgeable advice and accurate estimates for service or repair work.
Invoice & Documentation Management: Prepare and present invoices in line with dealership standards, maintain accurate job card records, and address billing errors promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Complaint Handling: Document customer complaints and work with the Department Manager to review and resolve issues efficiently.
Workstation & System Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean and organised, ensure the Dealer Management System is up-to-date, and maintain customer records for follow-up and marketing.
Administrative Efficiency & Compliance: Process job cards and invoices promptly, manage filing systems for audits, and ensure all administrative tasks comply with dealership standards and regulatory requirements.
