SLC now have an exciting opportunity for a highly proficient and knowledgeable Repayment Officer Level 2 to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing repayment customer queries, delivering exemplary customer service, and providing crucial support to our wider repayments team. As a Repayment Officer Level 2, you will be responsible for managing repayment customer queries across multiple communication channels while delivering outstanding levels of customer service. You will provide services across a range of SLC products and debt categories, adhering to quality and productivity expectations. Your ability to work dynamically across various types of work and deliver exceptional service will be key to your success in this role. The successful candidate will engage in effective communication and negotiation to establish feasible repayment plans for customers facing overpayments or arrears in their student finance. They will demonstrate empathy and understanding towards vulnerable customers, in line with company policies and legislative frameworks. SLC offer a Blend working model which will typically be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. What you bring: Proficiency in managing customer queries and delivering exemplary customer service.
