We are a fast-growing automotive repair business with a focus on delivering excellence across all aspects of vehicle repair. Our site in Stratford-Upon-Avon is looking for an experienced Multiskilled Technician to join the team. If you’re skilled in both mechanical and bodywork repairs, with a passion for high-quality workmanship, this role offers the perfect opportunity to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
13. Carry out a wide range of vehicle repairs, including mechanical, electrical, and bodywork tasks.
14. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicle systems, ensuring efficient identification of issues.
15. Conduct panel repairs and replacements, as well as paint preparation and refinishing.
16. Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standard and within agreed time frames.
17. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised work environment.
18. Provide excellent customer service by keeping customers informed of repair progress when required.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Multiskilled Technician from an accident repair background, with expertise in both mechanical and bodywork repairs.
You will have:
19. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics tools, and repair techniques.
20. Ability to perform panel repairs, welding, as well as prepping and painting tasks.
21. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
22. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
23. ATA accreditation or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential.
