Job Description
About the Company
Christopher Ward, a pioneer in direct-to-consumer luxury watch sales since 2004, has disrupted the traditional wholesale model. By offering unparalleled value in mechanical watches, Christopher Ward has established itself as an innovator in a conservative industry. As an Anglo-Swiss company, all Christopher Ward watches are designed in Maidenhead, UK, and engineered and assembled in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. This unique approach has led to several firsts for CW, including creating the first commercially viable mechanical watch movement from a British brand in over 50 years.
With customers in over 100 countries, Christopher Ward remains committed to its mission of making high-quality mechanical watches accessible to everyone. As we continue to grow, we seek talented individuals who will help us achieve our goals.

As a watchmaker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a busy workshop, assisting with the coaching of apprentice technicians and watchmakers while maintaining productivity standards. For more experienced candidates, we offer further workshop responsibilities and opportunities for growth, along with brand-approved training and accreditation pathways.
