Role: Responsible Sourcing Analyst
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term - 9 months

Role Summary
Ensure high standards are achieved in the supply chain through driving continual improvement and demonstrating how this has been achieved through impact. This is an analytical process driven role and requires someone who is organised, efficient and can provide accurate reporting.
Key role is to ensure FatFace meets our responsible sourcing goals. It will also require an understanding of raw material standards.
Role Responsibilities
* Building raw material trackers
* Responsible Sourcing reporting e.g. Monthly KPI reports, tracker reports, buyers range plan (BRP), audits, buy information
* B Corp - collate and supply data when required
* Critical path driven, understanding of the buying calendar
* Understanding of Raw Material standards
* Work closely with suppliers and train buying teams to maintain raw material KPI’s, chase, coordinate and collate all certifications on time and provide accurate data for raw material audits
* Review social and environmental related information from suppliers e.g. certificates, policies, impact data
* Ethical Trade understanding and onboarding process
* Deliver other material targets through training suppliers, validating product claims, creating monitoring systems
* Engage the product teams on sustainable materials and processes, crew and customers through supporting marketing and communication
* Contribute to corporate reporting and sustainability updates on website · Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times · Work with 3rd party audit certification bodies · Liaising with certified body(s)on responsible materials logo approvals and wording

Skills and Experience
* A strong analytical background with intermediate to advanced excel
* Project management skills – ability to manage multiple areas of work and meet deadlines
* Raw material/ textile experience is an advantage
* Understanding product composition and components
* Interest in environmental issues
* Awareness of and interest in new legislation and emerging issues, ability to flag and raise risks
* Confident in documenting processes and disseminating
* Experience across textiles, supply chain and operational areas, particularly around standards, fabric certifications, audit processes and corrective action planning.
* True passion for responsible product and sustainability
