Summary:
Sitting within the Global Total Rewards Team, this role will support the delivery of the EU Pay Transparency Directive project. The role will work directly with members across the Total Rewards team, Country HR colleagues, internal consultants, and external advisors to implement solutions that support and ensure compliance with EU pay transparency legislation.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop tools and processes for the effective deployment of the data collection process.
2. Support with the analysis and summarize key findings, including modeling to support decision-making.
3. Develop communication materials and deliver training to stakeholders.
4. Develop governance framework, including tools, processes, and training materials.
5. Gather and interpret stakeholder feedback to support change management activities.
The Requirements:
1. Experience in gender pay gap reporting.
2. Ability to build relationships quickly, with exceptional client relationship skills.
3. Experience in managing global/regional HR projects.
4. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
5. Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to develop engaging resources for different audiences.
8. Flexible team player, a positive contributor to wider team efforts.
Desirable:
1. Experience working remotely in a global organization.
2. Power BI skills or advanced reporting skills.
3. Degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
