Our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisation partner with a range of global customers, working closely with major airlines such as British Airways, easyJet, Wizz Air, Iberia, Vueling, Air Canada, Etihad and Qatar. What will I be doing? As Distribution Centre Operative, your role will be based in our Stores at Safran. Key Responsibilities & Duties will include; Ability to analyse complex aircraft back to birth history to ascerh working and issuing of aircraft parts from a controlled storage location; Compile build pack paperwork to contain conformity requirements, appropriate quality assurance documentation & full traceability of all parts prior to issuing for Final Inspection and Assembly; Effective management of incoming new spares maintaining stock levels through effective booking in, loading, checking, cycle counts error management and confirmed picking activity; Effective issuing of spare parts to maintain productivity in upstream sub-assembly process areas (Bushing); Control of issuing or storage of previously used “float” spare parts; Control and effective coordination in the storage and disposal of scrapped parts Complementary description Why us?
