We’re on the lookout for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join our team in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows their way around the automotive sector and is confident handling a variety of admin tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Handling phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Processing invoices, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation
Coordinating appointments, meetings, and schedules
Assisting with customer queries and liaising with suppliers when needed
Keeping filing systems organised and up to date
What We’re Looking For:
Previous administrative experience within the automotive industry (this is essential)
A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
Confident IT skills – experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
A team player who can also work independently
