About the Role:
This unique opportunity blends two key positions within a well-respectedLearning & Development TeamandSenior Leadership Team.
Executive Assistant (24 hours/week, 3 days):
* Support aservice quality director, a key decision-maker with lived experience with a learning disability.
* Help ensure effective leadership at theBoardlevel.
* Travel acrossThe Highlands, Lanarkshire, Falkirk, and the Lothiansto meet supported individuals and attend meetings.
Learning & Development Specialist (16 hours/week, 2 days): **Training can be provided for the rightcandidate**
* Deliver engaging and impactfulvocational trainingto staff.
* Coordinate and deliverinduction training and specialist courses.
* Use a mix offace-to-face and virtual learningmethods.
* Maintain and completetraining records.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communicator– confident, adaptable, and proactive.
* Excellent IT and written skills
* Highly organised– able to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Experience in health & social care, particularly withlearning disabilities.
* Self-motivated– comfortable working remotely and traveling across Scotland.
