Job Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor
Location: Manchester, Lancashire-Hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 days from home)
Duration: 9 Months Contract with a possibility of extension
Job Description Summary:
* The Accounts Payable Team Leader is responsible for leading their team in the provision of timely, accurate and compliant purchase to pay services whilst seeking out opportunities for process alignment and improvement.
Job Description:
* Provides timely, accurate and compliant accounts payable services within defined SLAs.
* First point of contact for AP manager for investigation and initiation of queries with suppliers and internal purchasing departments.
* Define team priorities and coordinates the team to ensure task completion.
* Monitor team KPI’s and support team with achieving.
* Completes and provides inputs into performance evaluations for team members.
* Supervise, improve and streamline AP processes, including automation.
* Requires a continuous improvement mindset.
* Support with audit requests through the year.
* Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships via different communication methods.
* Support with other ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis to line managers and stakeholders.
