We're looking for an Integrity Engineer to join the INEOS Acetyls team. We need highly motivated individuals who want to be part of our growing business. You will be based at the Hull site, which is the largest producer of acetic acid, acetic anhydride and ethyl acetate in Europe. The products we produce are essential building blocks used in almost every industry, including renewable power, automotive, pharmaceuticals, coatings and textiles.
Hull is also home to the business's global Technology Development and Support Team and is based on the 370-acre Salt End Chemicals Park - a cluster of world-class chemicals and renewable energy businesses at the heart of the UK's energy estuary.

The Opportunity
As the Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for defining, evaluating and reporting on mechanical pressure equipment inspections to ensure compliance with Statutory requirements and Ineos requirements for Safe, Reliable Operations.

Key accountabilities
* Managing Inspection portfolio / Inspection Database Management System
* Defining Written Schemes of Examinations
* Analysing and reporting on Inspection & NDT results
* Carrying out pressure equipment inspections
* Analysing and reports on Inspection & NDT results
* Carrying out Risk Based Inspection assessments
* Providing technical support to Inspectors in preparation of inspection work scopes and review of Inspection findings
* Investigating and report on in-service equipment degradation and failures
* Planning and supporting inspections for plant Turnarounds & Projects
* Carrying out Fitness for Service assessments
* Defining and Monitoring Integrity Operating Windows
About you
We are looking for someone who has experience working as an Integrity Engineer (Cat 1 / Cat 2 - Pressure Vessels, Pipework, Tanks, Relief Devices) with a degree in a mechanical discipline.
The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge of legislation, codes and standards related to mechanical equipment integrity along with a knowledge of materials and damage mechanisms; inspection and NDT methods; risk-based inspection and fitness for service.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships based on trust and honest discussion.
The ability to learn and apply best practices, acting with professionalism and always striving for excellent execution is key to this role, along with the ability to respond to challenges with resilience and reason
