Location: YO42 Area
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00
Driving licence required due to rural location.

ROLE SUMMARY:
To operate as part of a small team, delivering industry-leading sales and customer service support to new and existing customers. Responsibilities include processing orders, handling inbound telephone and email queries, and assisting in proactive outbound activities when required.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deliver industry-leading levels of sales and customer service support for our customer base.
2. Take inbound calls from nominated customer groups.
3. Make outbound calls to arrange deliveries and other proactive outbound exercises as required.
4. Process orders and amendments via telephone, fax, EDI, or email through the SOP system with accuracy.
5. Liaise closely with colleagues in Distribution to ensure deliveries meet customer expectations.
6. Maintain accurate records of all contacts and transactions using DEFACTO SOP & CRM.
7. Maximise sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling.
8. Gain exceptional knowledge of all product ranges to handle technical queries effectively.
9. Liaise with the sales team regarding key account matters.
10. Maintain high personal standards of performance, appearance, integrity, and enthusiasm.
11. Undertake other duties as reasonably required to meet business needs.
