Are you an analytically minded individual with a passion for understanding shoppers and consumers? Do you thrive when turning complex data into compelling stories that shape brand and innovation strategies?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading FMCG business in the food and drink space - a company with an iconic portfolio of household brands and a clear ambition for innovation and growth.
As Insights Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of the insight and analytics function, working closely with brand, innovation and commercial teams to deliver data-driven solutions that unlock growth opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning end-to-end analytical support across multiple high-profile categories.
* Translating data into clear, actionable insights to guide brand and innovation strategies.
* Identifying macro and shopper trends - and assessing their impact on the business.
* Managing relationships with external research partners (eg. Circana, Kantar) - writing briefs and overseeing project delivery.
* Monitoring innovation performance and supporting with ad hoc analysis.
* Joining the dots between multiple data sources to create clear, visually compelling narratives that drive action.
* Using dashboards and modelling tools to help answer key business questions.
What we're looking for:
* Strong analytical mindset with an ability to cut through complexity.
* Comfortable working with large data sets and insight tools (Power BI or similar a plus).
* Passion for understanding shoppers and consumers, and how macro trends influence behaviour.
* Strong communication skills - able to simplify the complex and tell stories through data.
* Previous experience within insight, analytics, research, BI or CRM (either client-side or agency).
* Knowledge of FMCG, ideally within food, drink or wider consumer goods.
* An interest in the practical application of AI and advanced analytics would be a bonus.
