TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Remote
Job type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £12.22 per hour
Contracted Hours: 16-20 hours per week
About the Role
As our Training Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the planning and management of long and short training programs within the organization. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop training schedules, and ensure the effective delivery of educational content. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics for training sessions, maintaining training records and general administration.
What does the role involve?
1. To build excellent relationships with people and managers across the business to provide consistent and robust training services, that are in line with legislation, internal policies, and organisational approach.
2. Responsible for booking of both long and short courses for new and current colleagues. Updating the booking system for colleagues attending courses and ensuring invites etc are sent and booked via the correct platform.
3. General administration of the sale of courses
4. Be responsible for all student enquiries, ensure the correct documentation is received and sent.
5. General Admin, assisting with queries from all colleagues and line managers. Save certificates into relevant personnel files, calendar updates and sharing accordingly to managers.
6. Work in partnership with the Learning and Development Manager and Director of Aspire Operations on annual and adhoc projects as required.
What are we looking for?
7. Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in an educational or childcare setting
8. GCSE grade C or Level 4 or equivalent
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
11. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
