Azumi Group is currently looking for an experienced Oracle & Simphony Support Manager to ensure seamless operational functionality of the company’s POS systems and provide a holistic approach to maintaining and upgrading the systems ensuring we harness the full potential of the system’s capabilities and technical functionality.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities as a Oracle & Simphony Support Manager will include:
* Manage 3rd party support partner relationships, including Oracle and Oracle resellers, and ensure compliance with service level agreements
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of new POS system installations and upgrades
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that POS solutions fulfil business needs
* Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the reliability and functionality of POS systems
* Establish procedures for regular maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance
* Monitor and manage system security and compliance within industry standards
