This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and premium education offering, supporting both the HR Manager and the Finance Manager. This is a full-time role working 36.5 hours per week.
HR & Finance Coordinator Responsibilities
This HR & Finance Coordinatorrole will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to:
1. HR queries;
2. Recruitment coordination;
3. Onboarding;
4. Data and records management;
5. Payroll administration;
6. Learning & Development;
7. Credit control;

HR & Finance Coordinator Experience
The successful candidate will have prior experience within both an HR administration and Finance administration setting, having supported with credit control, HR administration and payroll. You will have excellent relationship building and confidentiality skills, with the ability to think both sensitively and tactically.
A fantastic team player, you will work closely with the HR Manager and Finance Manager, as well as wider stakeholders. You will be flexible and proactive in your approach to work, with strong IT and database skills.
