We have exciting job opportunities for a Senior Care at Home & Housing Support Services Co-ordinator in the Glasgow area.
Key Requirements:
* SSSC registered
* Previous experience working within a health and social care setting
* Previous experience in care co-ordination or a related role
* Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Passion for delivering excellent care and promoting client wellbeing
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
Role and Responsibilities:
* Work closely with management to ensure the safe and consistent delivery of care
* Ensure the day-to-day client and care assistant communication runs smoothly, reporting to the manager
* Apply and promote the best evidence-based practice within own scope of practice
* Provide leadership to ensure staff are clear about their duties and responsibilities
