Summary
Veolia is looking for an Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation Apprentice to join our team in Chilton. In this role, you will support the Maintenance and Shift Teams with health and safety by implementing safe work protocols whilst carrying out supervised maintenance work and fault finding on all the sites.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Assist and support the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Engineer with all maintenance-related tasks
* Complete planned preventative maintenance, overhauls, and planned shutdown works
* Modifying, rewiring, fault-finding, testing, and inspecting
* You will also be fully trained to use Programmable Logic Controllers and (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems
* Identify plant improvements and engineer solutions
* Manage contractors' work on site
* Ensure site health, safety and environment standards are maintained at a high standard throughout
