We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Team Leader for our client's contact centre in Hinckley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern contact centre with a great team and site that offers training & promotion opportunities.
For this Aftersales Team Leader opportunity, you must have experience within customer service, ideally over phone and email.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department:
1. Ensure excellent customer service
2. Maximise team efficiency
3. Respond to post-sale customer enquiries
4. Aid the team in resolving issues promptly
5. Deal with any customer complaints
6. Interpret customer concerns and comments
7. Liaise with customers and keep them updated
8. Advise customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles
9. Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed to gain a high standard of customer satisfaction
The Person:
Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable. You should be people-focused with the confidence and personality to develop long-term customer relationships. Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely. Be customer-focused, able to identify and tackle critical issues, willing to find solutions, and maintain a positive customer experience. You should be able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills. Be able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the aftersales team. Results-focused, you will be resilient and overcome obstacles to success and learn from feedback. A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable.
Working Pattern:
38.5 Hour Contract * 5 Days a Week * Mon 9am-6pm * Tues-Fri 10am-6pm
