We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional post-sale customer support. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless after sales experience from start to finish.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring swift resolutions, guidance and support.
2. Coordinate bookings with our service centres, selecting locations that are accessible, have the correct availability, and can repair the requirements.
3. Act as the first point of contact between customers and service centres, ensuring clear communication, authorisation of repairs, and the timely completion of work.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and document any interactions with customers with regular updates.
Minimum Requirements
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
* Exceptional Telephone Manner
* Organised and Punctual
* Ability to solve problems
