Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards to service users and staff. Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to promote safeguarding and effective multi-agency working. Staff Development and Training Identify training needs and ensure all staff receive appropriate training and professional development opportunities. Foster an environment that encourages staff to share knowledge and best practices. Budget Management and Resource Allocation Assist in the development and management of budgets for care services, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve financial sustainability. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain effective relationships with children, families, staff, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration. Engage with families and service users to ensure their voices are heard in service planning and delivery. Participate in local and national networks to share best practices and contribute to the development of childrens services.
