The Role
As Deputy Manager it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support.
You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
Ideally you should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
The organisation in Bognor Regis is a residential care home located on the seafront, close to the town centre. Designed in consultation with residents, the service offers state of the art equipment and facilities and highly experienced, trained staff.
As well as the residential home, they offer a range of disability and rehabilitation services. They work with people in the community and in their own homes.
Their homes in England deliver residential support and nursing care for people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
