Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice on pricing strategies
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential buyers
3. Market properties effectively to generate interest and secure offers
4. Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
5. Stay informed about the local property market and industry trends
6. Support junior team members and foster a collaborative environment
7. Meet and exceed client expectations
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a negotiator in residential sales
2. Successful track record in conducting property valuations
3. Strong knowledge of the Chew Valley property market and surrounding areas
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
6. Full UK driving license
Package and Benefits:
1. Salary up to £30,000 with an OTE of £40,000
2. 28 days of holiday including Bank Holidays
3. Use of company pool car
4. On-site parking
5. Monday to Friday schedule with 1 in 2 Saturdays (5 day week)
