What We're Seeking:
As a Programme Manager within our consultancy team, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and contributing to the execution of large-scale change and transformation programs in healthcare settings. These programmes encompass everything from major refurbishments to the construction of new hospitals, all aimed at revolutionising healthcare for patients.
We're looking for an individual who excels at nurturing lasting client relationships and has the capacity to champion the development of business cases independently. Self-reliance and proactivity are crucial in this role, as you'll need to manage competing priorities and provide clear guidance to teams, ensuring the successful execution of our program objectives. Ideally, you have a proven track record of managing major programs exceeding £20 million, especially in the healthcare sector or a related industry where an understanding of treasury funding processes is essential. Additionally, prior experience in delivering a clear governance plan for programs is highly valuable.
Reporting into Director of Transformation, the Programme Manager will be responsible for
* Leading major programmes strategically, working closely with local and regional key stakeholders, to design and deliver major development programmes focused on our clients’ governing and delivery objectives.
* Leading the delivery of best practice, value for money (improved quality and reduced cost) and sharing learnings across the programmes you lead, to support the development of improved value culture across healthcare settings.
* Strategically leading on change/transformation programme for external clients, working closely with SROs and Executive Leads of external clients.
* Taking the full accountability of overseeing and supporting the continued development of services we provide to our clients and customers, including but not limited to PMO and programme governance, stakeholder management, business case development and delivery, Programme Healthcheck and Assurance.
* Taking an active role in continuing to drive the business forward by taking a quality-based approach to sales and commission development, as well as embedding high quality leadership, support and development structures into the team.
