We are looking for passionate and ambitious Deputy Nursery Manager who will work as part of the nursery management team to ensure the setting has the right staff, culture, policies and resources to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education expected by parents, Ofsted and in accordance with Storal’s values.

About the job:
5. Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework
6. Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
7. Lead, motivate and inspire the educator team and instill Storal Values
8. Ensure consistent high quality teaching across the nursery
9. Manage staffing ratios effectively managing the weekly staff rota
10. Attracts, hires and develops skilled educators and promote Storal values
11. Deputise for the Nursery Manager during absence
About you:
12. Early Years Education qualification to at least Level 3 or equivalent
13. Experience in a managerial role including nursery administration
14. Understanding EYFS framework
15. Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together and experienced in providing staff training and support
