AV Service and Installation Engineer (£40,000 - £50,000 OT Benefits) Excellent opportunity for an Experienced AV Service and Installation Engineer to join this leading Audio-Visual Home Automation provider. On-site support to clients, including troubleshooting, fault finding and issue resolution of technology control solutions in the high-end residential sector Main Duties Manage service tickets taking ownership of the issue until the point of completion Ensuring timely updates with detailed and accurate information Attend call outs arriving promptly, in a presentable manner. Trouble shooting of client issues and escalation to internal or 3rd party resources as required Completion of Service owned upgrade projects Provide progress update to the client before leaving the property and demonstrate issue resolution where possible Participate in weekly ticket and monthly service reviews Support and installation of technology control solutions into the high-end residential sector Experience of working with Crestron, Lutron, Control 4, Rako etc beneficial Client facing position, working closely with clients and team members
