PMO Analyst
Location: Northampton (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + up to 20% bonus (depending on experience)
We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to support project delivery and ensure adherence to governance and controls while driving alignment with organisational strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with change delivery managers to ensure programmes comply with the Control Framework, including governance and risk standards.
* Develop and implement standardised PMO processes and methodologies to support project success.
* Monitor project performance, track progress, identify risks, and provide detailed status reports to senior management.
* Manage and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Facilitate project governance to align projects with strategic objectives and manage risks effectively.
* Provide training on change management frameworks to empower project managers and stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in project management practices by identifying and implementing enhancements.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Expertise in governance, controls, and analytical problem-solving.
* Ability to deliver detailed, data-driven insights.
Highly Valued:
* Proficiency in Jira and Excel.
* Capacity to conceptualise and simplify complex ideas.
