We are now looking for a talented and dedicated Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. Your Role: As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality clinical, administrative, and receptionist support, ensuring a positive experience for patients at every stage of their visit. You will also mentor and support trainee nurses, helping to guide them through their training journey. You will be a vital part of our practice, contributing to its smooth running while helping to deliver excellent care to our patients. Working Hours: MondayFriday: 09:15 – 18:45 TuesdayWednesdayThursday: 08:45 – 18:15 Saturday: 08:45 – 17:15 (Up to 1-hour lunch break included) Must be available to work 2 out of every 3 Saturdays, in addition to Monday – Friday shifts. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude. Perform routine clinical duties as a modern Dental Nurse, including a dual role as Treatment Coordinator. Support the organisation of nursing staff and ensure the practices compliance standards are met. Track patient leads and inquiries via various platforms (GoHighLevel CRM, website, social media, etc.). Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient care delivery. Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring the diary is optimally utilised. Handle patient enquiries and phone calls in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records. Keep patient records confidential and up-to-date. Assist with administrative duties, including completing consent forms, treatment plans, and uploading patient documents (e.g., X-rays, photos). Requirements: Qualifications: Dental Nurse certification or experience as a Trainee Dental Nurse. Experience: For qualified candidates: Proven experience in dental nursing and administrative duties. For trainee candidates: Letter of enrolment, strong commitment to further training and development. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail. Proficiency in dental software and IT systems for scheduling and patient record-keeping. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Personal Attributes: Accountability, honesty, and punctuality are essential. Application Requirements: Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to London prior to starting. GDC registration or intent to obtain one upon qualification (for trainees, a Letter of Enrolment is acceptable). Must be available to work 2 out of every 3 Saturdays in addition to weekday shifts. Willing to adapt to new cleaning and decontamination protocols.
