I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to lead their Early Years Recruitment. This is a brand-new role and a great opportunity to join a business that are passionate about investing in the next generation of talent. Below is an overview of the key things you will take responsibility for: Coordinating recruitment and onboarding for early-career programmes, including internships, graduate schemes, apprenticeships, and work placements Developing and maintaining strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other talent sources to attract top talent Managing the full cycle of early-career recruitment, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and assessments centres Organising and participating in career fairs, university outreach, and other networking events Supporting the development and delivery of training and onboarding programs for early-career employees Tracking and reporting on the progress of early-career employees, providing regular updates to HR and management Acting as the first point of contact for early-career employees, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to thrive in their roles Helping to create and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains young talent The ideal candidate for this role will have previous recruitment experience ideally with some early careers experience; alternatively my client is also interested to speak with candidates that have worked for apprenticeship providers / universities managing their students. Experience of facilitating assessment centres would also be beneficial for this role.
